Once we obtain a new developer account, we will add your UDID to it. Please note that this process takes time. After your UDID is added, it will undergo a 72-hour processing period, followed by a mandatory hold period of either 14 or 30 days, as determined by Apple. These timeframes cannot be altered and are beyond AppTesters' control.

We will keep you updated via email and through announcements in our Telegram group, website and our help center. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this process. In the meantime, we will also attempt to issue a free enterprise certificate for temporary use until your official certificate is ready.
