Your AppTesters order status shows where the submitted device is in the certificate process. The exact labels may evolve, but the following meanings cover the most common questions.
Processing
The order or UDID is being verified, assigned, or prepared. Processing time can vary because AppTesters manages fulfillment while Apple controls developer-account approval, account limits, device registration, and certificate issuance rules.
Ineligible
Apple currently prevents the submitted UDID from being registered in the required developer-account process. This can happen when a device was previously associated with a developer membership that Apple terminated or restricted.
Follow the eligibility information or date shown on the order page. AppTesters cannot manually override Apple's system, remove the restriction, or guarantee that it will end sooner.
An Apple eligibility period is not a free replacement queue or a promise that a separate certificate is waiting. It is a device status controlled by Apple while the order remains subject to the applicable processing policy.
Active
The certificate has been issued for the submitted UDID. Download or use the certificate through the method provided for the order.
Active does not mean that every third-party IPA is guaranteed to work. If all apps fail, check the current certificate files, signer, provisioning profile, device settings, and exact error. If only one app fails, troubleshoot that IPA first.
When to contact support
Contact support if the status does not match the files available to you, remains unchanged beyond the estimate displayed on the order page, or shows the wrong UDID. Include the order email, UDID, status, and a screenshot.
