My UDID is missing from the Revoked Section Queue, what should I do?

If your UDID is not showing under the Revoked Section Queue on the Purchase Certificate page, where you can opt for free, paid, or instant replacements, please follow these steps:

1. Confirm Revocation

Your UDID will only be added if it is actually revoked.

To check this, go to https://check-p12.applep12.com/ and upload your certificate. This will show whether it is revoked or not.

2. Submit Your Details

If your certificate is revoked, kindly share:

  • Your UDID

  • The email ID you used when placing the order

Send these details to us at [email protected].

3. Verification & Queue Addition

Once we receive your details, we will verify and add your UDID to the queue within 24–48 working hours.
