An Active order status means the certificate was issued for the registered UDID. It does not confirm that every installed app was signed with the current files or that every IPA is compatible.

Use the checks below to identify where the problem is occurring.

1. Confirm the device and files

  • Verify that the certificate was issued for the UDID of the device you are using.
  • If you recently received a renewal or replacement, confirm that your signer is using the new .p12 and matching .mobileprovision files.
  • Do not mix an older certificate file with a newer provisioning profile.

2. Check the device

  • Use a stable internet connection.
  • Set Date & Time to automatic.
  • Confirm Developer Mode is enabled if required by your iOS version.
  • Temporarily disable VPN or custom DNS filtering while testing.
  • Restart the device after changing these settings.

3. Sign a fresh test app

Use a known-good IPA and sign it again with the current certificate. Do not rely only on an app installed with the previous certificate.

  • If the fresh test app opens, the certificate is working and the original IPA or signing settings need attention.
  • If every freshly signed app fails, review the signer configuration, provisioning profile, and exact iOS error.

4. Contact support with evidence

Send the order email, device UDID, order status, iOS version, signing method, exact error message, and whether every signed app fails. A screenshot or short screen recording is useful.

Do not publicly share your certificate files, passwords, Apple ID credentials, or verification codes.
