We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. We use industry-standard, compliant email systems to ensure our emails reach your inbox and not your spam folder. However, we’ve received reports from some users who are unable to receive password reset emails.
After investigation, we found that certain domains are more affected than others:
Microsoft domains (e.g., *@hotmail.com, *@live.com, *@outlook.com, *@msn.com) are currently not receiving our emails.
iCloud users (e.g., *@icloud.com) sometimes also don’t receive them.
While we continue working to resolve this issue, our current recommendation is to signup using an alternative email provider such as Gmail (gmail.com) when possible. This ensures you’ll be able to receive password reset and other important account emails reliably.
We’ll provide updates as soon as this issue is fully resolved.
